On-line links to warehouses and wholesale groups

Station Master are the acknowledged experts in this field. We link to the majority of wholesalers in the country for both on-line ordering and price updates. In the majority of cases this also includes all centrally billed products.

The benefits of on-line links are:
  • Scanning can be easily maintained
  • Price increases are notified prior to implementation

  • Musgrave Group for Day to Day and non-symbol stores
  • Gala Group – the majority of Gala wholesalers are now in a position to offer their stores a link.
  • Barry’s of Mallow for Quik Pick and non-symbol stores
The warehouse module also offers:
  • A Central Billing invoice reconciliation
  • A management chck report of R.S.P. against selling price
  • An email facility to allow direct communication with your wholesaler
Shopscan Service

Niall Lanigan, Scanning Team Our scanning team headed by Niall Lanigan – pictured left – will get your new shop open or your existing store scanning with the minimum of fuss.

We use the latest technology in Handheld Scanners to select the product on your shelf – adjust the R.S.P. where necessary and print the Shelf Edge Labels (Sel’s).

We have shelf edge labels printed for all the symbol groups so your shop looks great from the first day.





Support Services

Trish Begley, Support Services Our dedicated team of support staff are available to deal with your problems both at the end of a ‘phone but also using online technology, which allows us to dial, over a modem, to your computer.

Our software support is available during office hours while our Smartpos support is available during store-opening hours.

Retailers can also access downloads from our web-page. An access code is available to all retailers on a Station Master support contract.

Training

All our training staff have hands-on experience of the industry. They are not computer whizz kids but they are store managers with a wealth of knowledge gained through experience available to pass on to you the user. A warehouse linked system comes with six half days training or the equivalent;

You have to have been through the mill of convenience store management before you can train for Station Master

Consultancy

Stephen Foley, Sales Department Station Master can offer a range of consultancy services within the industry. We can advise on equipment for forecourts, management set-up, margin review etc etc.

Bespoke Software

Station Master maintains an in-house team of software developers and we don’t buy in any of our packages.

We can therefore adapt and develop products for individual and group requirements.
